Bhavya Estates Pvt Ltd: Established in 1993, this company specializes in land development and has executed several contracts. It has acquired various land parcels, with plans to develop them into villa and housing projects.
Sirisampada Infrastructures Pvt Ltd: Registered in 2007, this entity ventures into the infrastructure sector, with investments in:

Management
Founder: Mr. Rayudu Chalapathi Rao
Mr. Rayudu Chalapathi Rao, the visionary behind Sirisampada Group, has a profound passion and commitment to the real estate sector. Born in Umamaheshwaram village, West Godavari district, he rose from humble beginnings to become the first graduate from his village, earning a B.Sc. and later an MBA from Andhra University. His diverse achievements include captaining the university basketball team and earning an NCC ‘C’ certificate.
Mr. Rao’s career began as a marketing officer in a textile company, eventually becoming the director and chief consultant at the National Productivity Council. He has presented numerous research papers at prestigious forums and led various management consultancy projects. His international training in Germany, Japan, and Singapore has further honed his skills.
Since 1996, Mr. Rao has been at the helm of Sirisampada Group, driving its growth in the real estate sector. His leadership extends to policy and taxation issues in construction and real estate, with significant roles in NAREDCO, including National President Elect and President of Telangana Real Estate Developer’s Association (TREDA). His initiatives focus on market-friendly policies, tax rationalization, single-window clearance for permits, and the adoption of clean and green technologies.
